Tickets and Camping

Tickets for our 24th Beer and Music Festival can be purchased from our outlets; Chipping Sodbury Tourist Information Centre, Meredith's, Yate and Ridgewood Cleaners.

You can also purchase tickets through the post, and for the first time you can now purchase tickets online!

Important - Tickets ordered from 8th July onwards will need to be collected on the door. Please bring some form of identification with you. Note that tickets cannot be purchased on the door.

Camping

There is no charge for camping, but please be aware that there are a limited number of pitches available per night. A camping pass covers one tent accommodating up to six people per night. If you are intending to camp you must have been issued with a camping pass prior to the event.

If you are paying by cheque, please print off, complete and enclose a camping application form with your ticket payment. If you are paying online, please add the camping passes to your order. Note that there is a small 10 pence admin charge for camping pass applications via Paypal.

If ordering and paying online

Please click on the "Add to Cart" buttons below. You will be able to amend the quantity once you have added at least one ticket to your shopping cart. Should you require tickets for both days simply click each button in turn to add one ticket for each day to your cart and then update the quantity as required.

You do not need a Paypal account to purchase tickets online. Simply "Check Out" as a PayPal Guest.

Friday Tickets

Friday tickets are no longer available to purchase online, but can still be purchased from our ticket outlets.

Saturday tickets are no longer available to purchase online, but can still be purchased from our ticket outlets.

Please print off the ticket application form and send off to The Rotary Club of Yate & District, PO Box 1141, Yate, Bristol, BS37 6YA. Please make cheques payable to Yate & District Rotary Club.

If you are paying via Paypal you do not need to print and send off either of the above.

Notice to Campers

NO FIRES are allowed on the campsites, but BBQs that do not burn the grass can be used with care. Please be aware of fire risks at all times.

Please use COLOURED PLASTIC PEGS if possible to help us protect grass-cutting machinery when the odd peg is left accidentally on the field.

Male and female toilets with wash hand basins will be open all night.

Rugby Club male and female showers will be open for a short time each morning.

A water supply is available near the clubhouse or bottled water is on sale at the festival.

Waste water bins and rubbish bins on the campsite are provided – Please use them.

Entrance to and from the Beer Festival field is ONLY via the authorised entrance.

Friday only campers are to leave by 11:00 Saturday. Saturday campers must vacate the site by 11:00 Sunday.

Campers stay at own risk. Public liability held by the organisers of the event does not cover any accident or eventuality with respect to personnal camping on the camping field as designated by the organisers.

DO NOT leave valuables in tents. The Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses.
